It was as if Charlize Theron talked to Kristen Stewart about what to wear for the world premiere of their film “Snow White and the Huntsman” when she chose a black gown herself. But the 36-year-old actress looked absolutely sexy in her evil queen look for the event.
Theron, who is the current face of the Dior “J’Adore” fragrance campaign, wore a black Christian Dior sheer gown (from the spring 2012 Haute Couture collection). Although the gown’s runway version was sheer throughout, Charlize’s version had crisscrossing sheer fabric on the bodice with nude lining, which continued with a banded drop waist and sheer floor-length skirt that elegantly showed off her black briefs and stunning legs.
Charlize Theron paired up her gown with black sandals and black Christian Dior “Miss Dior” clutch. The jewelry she chose for the event all came from Solange Azagury-Partridge, which included a green pair of Mirror Ball Earrings, the Emerald step cuff (from the Beauties collection) and an emerald cup ring.
The actress finished off with a classic French roll updo, matte light pink lips and smoldering smokey eye makeup ala-Evil Queen.

Former “Hills” star Audrina Patridge celebrated her 27th birthday at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino in Vegas yesterday, wearing a colorful dress and smokey eyes.
The 27-year-old TV star wore a multi-colored sun dress and tan wedge sandals as she posed on the red carpet before slipping into her swimwear at the Wet Republic pool party thrown in her honor. Joined by long-time boyfriend Corey Bohan and a group of close friends, Audrina Patridge was ready to party the whole day with water-proof makeup.
The hazel-eyed celebrity went with glossy pink lips, and peachy blush around the apples of her cheeks. Ever the fan of black eyeliners, Audrina still went with her signature smokey eyes for the pool party. She began by putting black pencil eyeliner on the inner rims of her top and bottom lash lines, then adding a base dark brown eyeshadow in the crease, before finishing off with bronze eyeshadow. As always, Patridge finished off with dabs of mascara and a bit of highlighter on her brow bone.

Jada Pinkett Smith looked amazing in a mini dress as she supported her husband Will Smith during the Madrid premiere of “Men in Black III” yesterday.
The 40-year-old actress wore a one-shoulder, lime green Versace cocktail dress (from the Spring 2012 collection), which featured golden stud embellishments and a chiffon drape on one side. Jada Pinkett Smith paired the asymmetric silk dress with bronze Jimmy Choo “Greta” sandals (from the ICONS collection).
Jada didn’t shy out when it came to accessories. She wore a gorgeous pair of Irene Neuwirth drop earrings and gold bangles.
The best thing we liked about her look was that she wore her hair in a full ponytail and matched her makeup with the dress. Jada opted for glossy light pink lips, then added drama to her eyes with black eyeliner, extra falsies, and metallic light green eyeshadow from the lid and just above the crease.

Kristen Stewart joined her co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron for the world premiere of their film “Snow White and the Huntsman” held at the Empire and the Odeon in London earlier today. The 22-year-old actress wore a floor-length gown, while keeping her own fashion style incorporated into her outfit.
Stewart rocked the grass/green carpet in a black Marchesa lace gown (from the Fall 2012 collection), which featured long sleeves, ruffled and layered lace that connects to a full sheer skirt and transparent bead embroidery that looked like a skeleton bodysuit (that begins around the collarbone, going down to her chest, arms and spine).
The gown was one of the most suitable gowns we’ve seen on Kristen. It combined a girly and rock n’ roll vibe that we all know Stewart loves. The actress even wore a pair of skeleton-designed sheer pants underneath the dress.
Kristen Stewart then paired the gown with black Jimmy Choo “Eros” pumps and accessorized with a stack of yellow gold Kara Ackerman Designs rings and a Vintage Cartier pendant necklace. She wore her hair in a bun gorgeously entwined with golden Cartier cable chain necklace. Stewart finished off with a bang with metallic grey winged eyeshadow, black eyeliner and old rose lips.

Elizabeth Banks visited the Ed Sullivan Theater to tape an appearance on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ Thursday morning, wearing a sparkly little black dress that brightened up the whole street.
The 38-year-old “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” actress wore a black Marc Jacobs mini dress (from the Fall 2012 RTW collection), which featured gorgeous metallic paisley print throughout the dress, a slightly sweetheart neckline, a structured skirt with tuck details and satin panel inset at the back.
Elizabeth Banks paired up the jacquard minidress with a silver Jerome C. Rousseau “Orner” strappy sandals (from the Fall 2012 Collection). She then added glitz to her sparkly outfit with a pair of Lorraine Schwartz embellished leaf earrings. Banks finished off with a loose updo with a volumised fringe and minimal makeup.
We usually think that mini dresses like these with structured or poofy skirts are best worn by younger actresses like Elle Fanning or Chloe Moretz, but this look from Elizabeth Banks is definitely an exception.

Yesterday, Prince William and Kate Middleton joined the festivities at the Royal Albert Hall in London for “’Our Great Team Rises” event to support Team GB and Paralympics GB before the London 2012 Olympics
We don’t give Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge much recognition, even if she is always in style. But on this occasion, we just can’t pass on featuring this custom-made dress.
Duchess Kate looked breath-taking in a teal Jenny Packham emerald silk dress (from the Spring 2012 collection), which featured a lace bodice, an elegant full lace back, shimmery Swarovski crystals, and gorgeous pleating from the plunging v-neckline going into the full skirt. Kate’s version also had the matching ribbon belt embellished with floral crystals. She then paired it up with glitter-finished Jimmy Choo “Vamp” platform sandals and a matching-colored clutch.
The future queen showed off her drop earrings with a very elegant chignon with braids.

Katy Perry attended the NARM Music Biz Awards dinner party held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in L.A. yesterday, looking a bit goth for her Barbie-inspired taste.
The 27-year-old singer, who won the “Artist of the Year” award at the event, wore a black body-hugging Twenty Cluny dress that featured plenty of sheer panels all throughout the long-sleeved, floor-length dress. Katy Perry then paired it up with black Christian Louboutin shoes.
Wearing her nails with black French tips, Katy added gothic accessories to her attire, including a long rosary-looking necklace, a bunch of rings with stones and a mismatched pair of earrings (one looked like a pyramid stud and the other a safety pin).
If the little details of her outfit didn’t scream goth yet, Katy darkened her purple hair and styled it with long waves for the event. She then opted for a dark red lipstick, pinkish blush, and heavy eye makeup that included plenty of false lashes, black eyeliner, and eyeshadow in gray, shimmery silver and taupe.
Do you like her dark hair and makeup? Sound off below…
