Naomi Watts looked stunning in a feather-embroidered gown, as she attended the premiere of “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” during the 65th Cannes Film Festival in France yesterday, even sharing some of the attention from the film’s stars like Jada Pinkett Smith.

The 43-year-old “J. Edgar” actress wore a short-sleeved nude Marchesa gown (from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection) that featured feather embellishments craftily placed to look like flowers, a cascading tulle skirt, and a semi train with flower petal illusion.

Naomi Watts paired the romantic gown with silver Salvatore Ferragamo crystal-embellished Clutch, 10-carat Chopard diamond drop earrings and a white diamond Chopard collar necklace (which we think was a bit over the top) but she rocked it nonetheless.

The actress finished off by styling her blonde hair in an elegant chignon, which was fastened at the back with matching floral appliques on her hair. Naomi then went with pink lips and minimal makeup.

Marion Cotillard was promoting her French-Belgian film “De Rouille Et D’os (Rust and Bone)” at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival in France last Thursday, wearing a dainty peach dress (that had a slight malfunction) for the photocall, then completely doing a 360 at the premiere by wearing a head-turning classic black and navy gown.


The 36-year-old French actress wore a short-sleeved soft peach Christian Dior dress (from the Spring 2012 collection) that featured silk and chiffon paneling layers, an embroidered knit bodice and above-the-knee hem. Marion finished off with pastel yellow Mary Jane pumps and a golden belt (that made us remember Jada Pinkett Smith’s orange Atelier Versace couture gown). We think the entire outfit was perfect for a day event, except that the sheerness of her bodice got the best of her and was ripped on her right armpit.

Marion Cotillard made a complete comeback at the premiere later that same day, by wearing a custom two-town Christian Dior ball gown, which featured a sweetheart bodice, a navy tulle skirt and a gorgeous black leather belt that cinched her waist perfectly. She paired the stunning gown with Giuseppe Zanotti rhinestone sandals (from the Spring 2012 collection) and a chic bracelet. As if that wasn’t gorgeous enough, the actress finished off with an elegant bun with diamond applique and minimal makeup.

Kristen Stewart continued with her international promo tour yesterday, as the entire  “Snow White and the Huntsman” cast attended the film’s Madrid photocall held at Madrid’s Casa de America. She wore a short edgy dress paired with girly hair and makeup.

The 22-year-old actress wore a black and blue BCBGMAXAZRIA silk mini dress (from the pre-fall 2012 collection) that featured a patterned panel, as well as sheer and lace insets. Originally introduced as a longer dress, Kristen’s version was customized to her comfort zone and instead of the drop-waist leather detail worn by the model on the runway, Stewart accessorized the sleeveless dress with a black leather harness belt (also from BCBGMAXAZRIA). She finished off with black Christian Louboutin “Pigalle” pumps.

What we like most about this look for Kristen Stewart is how she opted for a more feminine hairstyle and makeup. First, she wore her brown hair in a side braid that made her face look much softer than normal. Kristen then went with a berry lipstick, a hint of pinkish blush, black eyeliner and shimmery silver eyeshadow that made her green eyes pop.

The CW’s Upfront presentation was held at New York City Center yesterday in NYC with stars from CW programs showed up to celebrate. Check out what “The Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev and “Heart of Dixie” stars Jamie King and Rachel Bilson wore to the event…


The 23-year-old Nina Dobrev wore a shiny champagne Dolce & Gabbana body-hugging dress that featured long sleeves, a slim fit and a matching belt. She then paired it up with ruby red Gucci sandals and accessorized with gold Jimmy Choo “Pal” tube clutch. She finished off by wearing her hair down with curls and waves, a berry lipstick color and bronze eyeshadow.

Jaime King went with a fun skin-baring Proenza Schouler ensemble (from the Spring 2012 collection) that included a black and white bandeau with floral-designed yellow pencil skirt. She wore a black Rag & Bone blazer to keep her warm through most of the event and finished off with black Giuseppe Zanotti mesh sandals and a white Proenza Schouler “PS11” bag.

King’s “Heart of Dixie” co-star Rachel Bilson also hit the red carpet wearing a cream Chanel chiffon dress (from the Spring 2012 collection), which featured ruffled hem, and a capelet. She finished off with champagne Casadei “Blade” pumps, pink blush and pout, and semi smokey eyes.

After supporting her husband Will Smith during the premiere of his movie “Men in Black 3,” Jada Pinkett-Smith took to the Cannes Film Festival earlier today to attend the photocall and premiere of her new movie “Madagascar 3.”

At the photocall earlier in the day, Jada went with an aqua Alberta Ferreti gown (from the Spring 2012 RTW collection), which featured a v-neckline, see-through flowy chiffon material and ruffle details at the drop waist. She kept her accessories simple with just the Cartier “Love” bracelet, then opted for minimal makeup with gold eyeshadow and styled her hair down with romantic waves.

For the premiere, Jada Pinkett Smith changed into a stunning, bright orange Atelier Versace gown (from the Spring/Summer 2012 Haute Couture collection). The gown featured golden crescent-shaped metal on the bodice, a thigh-high split and sparkly embellishments throughout the gown. She paired this up with gold Jimmy Choo “Suki” leather platform sandals and accessorized with gold jewelry. Jada added smokiness to her eyes then styled her hair in a slicked-back ‘do.
