The reality TV star and former bad girl of “The Hills” wore a plunging gray number at the premiere of Angelina Jolie’s latest flick, “Salt” in Los Angeles. And while the number itself is sexy, the problem can be found on its shoulders, where silver spikes were placed to take it out of boredom. Hot or not? Well, let’s remove the spikes here, okay.
