The tween queen, who recently turned 18, is definitely stunning in her LBD, dangling bangles and sophisticated heels. The star of “Ramona and Beezus” may not have been able to voice out her thoughts (she had them written and taped on DynaVox instead), but she sure made heads turn thanks to her fresh beauty and radiance, something most of her fellow tween stars don’t possess. And she’s good friends with Justin Bieber!
